Dairying has been my life – initially on the technical side doing engineering farm maintenance work and the installation of milking machines for Herbert’s Farm Services in Te Aroha. I then went dairy farming -working up from Farm Assistant to Farm Manager - until a motorbike accident saw a change in career working on possum eradication for Environment Waikato.

In 2004 I joined Hi-Tech Enviro Solutions as a Workshop Technician to improve my connection with farming, and to advance my engineering skills.

I joined the business at a time of growth and diversification, over the years developing an appreciation for the changing needs of farmers and Hi-Tech Enviro’s unique ability to anticipate and meet that demand. The sphere of my role – from servicing and installing effluent systems – gives a unique perspective on the quality and precision which farmers need to maintain compliant systems.

My role requires an extensive and detailed knowledge of all aspects of our product range so I can advise and provide the parts advice and support required by farmers, dealers and the Hi-Tech Enviro Solutions team.
